Sales and Shipping Info


www.toybarracks.com.au is operated by Toy Barracks Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 648 563 277) trading as Toy Barracks, who is referred to on this page as “we”, “us”, “our” and similar grammatical forms. These terms, in conjunction with the Terms of Use, govern the purchase of products and services on the Website, which are all sold and provided to you by Toy Barracks Pty Ltd trading as Toy Barracks.


Shipping    


All products are carefully packaged and shipped from NSW via Australia Post Standard Shipping or Australia Post Express Shipping (if selected) or Third Party Freight/Courier. We will endeavour to have your products posted within 3 business days of the order being placed, subject to all products being in stock.

Pre-Orders


Any time for delivery stated for a preorder is an estimate only and may be extended if the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, for example, if the product is delayed by the manufacturer or supplier. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any such delays but cannot guarantee that an item will arrive when stated. If a delivery is delayed for an unreasonable time in the circumstances, for example more than 3 months where the product is otherwise available, you may contact us to obtain a refund.

If a deposit is placed for a preorder, full payment is required within 30 days of the item arriving in stock, after which time we may cancel the order. We will contact you prior to any cancellation. If your preorder is cancelled, the deposit will be available to you to use as store credit only.

 

If an order is placed that includes preorder products, the order will not ship until all of the products are in stock. 

 

If you want to separate a preorder product from other products in the same order, please email us and we will                   attempt to arrange alternate shipping. 

Out of Stock Items

We endeavour to carefully monitor our stock levels, however, we may on occasion run out of an item due to stock discrepancies or damage or a supplier being unable to fulfil a preorder. If this happens we will offer you a full refund or the option to use the funds for another item or store credit.

Returns


No returns will be accepted for change of mind.
